Here on-site...

You are more than welcome to visit us at our workshop in Düren (NRW). We offer a free-of-charge on-site replacement/installation service. Our workshop is situated right in the town centre. You can use the time waiting for us to finish your repairs to do a bit of shopping! There is also a room with a coffee machine and newspapers at your disposal.

By mail...

Mail-order repairs made simple! Remove the faulty part, vpack it carefully and send it to us by regular post/parcel delivery.

Returns and delivery times...

We can usually repair any electronic parts sent to us by post on the day they arrived at our workshop. The repaired goods are sent out the same day. Parcels usually require one to two days to arrive. We use UPS

Packing tips...

We recommend you send the parts as a package (“Paket”) rather than a small package ("Päckchen”). Small packages are not normally insured and delivery times are long! Since these are goods are sensitive electronic parts which can easily be damaged we recommend you pack them carefully. In addition, we also recommend you use a larger cardboard box (an extra 5 cm on each side), wrap up the part in bubble wrap and pad out the remaining space with packing material (e.g. chips)..

Don’t forget to fill out the mail-order repair form and include your contact details!
